Cimmeron Fitness offers a variety of services to help clients achieve their goals.

As a Fitness Consultant with a background in the medical industry Brett is able to design programs for corporate entities and help them design fitness facilities to safely meet the needs of their employees. He offers public speaking services for libraries, schools, and small groups with shared goals on occasion but prefers to work with clients who are trying to adopt healthy lifestyles in their homes.

Studies show that people looking to improve their fitness and improve their health achieve significantly greater results when using a certified and health oriented professional who has a vested interest in seeing their client achieve their goals. As an effective personal trainer Brett will guide you, motivate you, and educate you. Brett will provide accountability and discipline. Brett will also make sure that you don't get hurt while exercising. It is important to note that there is a right way, and a wrong way, too exercise.

Consultation

The initial consultation and fitness assessment is the most important session we'll have together and can take up to two hours to complete. During this session you will first be asked questions regarding your goals and what you'd like to achieve or learn from our time together. It is crucial that you be able to communicate the results you would like to get as well as how much time you're giving yourself to reach those goals in order to customize your future sessions to meet your needs. You will also undergo a fitness assessment which objectively measures your current level of physical fitness. Without an effective fitness assessment, progress cannot be accurately measured.

Home Gym Design

I'll come to your house and train you in the privacy of your own home; if you don't already have a home gym I'm more than happy to help you design one of your own. Home gyms come in all shapes and sizes and can use as little as a pear of dumbbells or as many machines as an ultra big box gym. Using your goals as the guide to crating your home gym means that you'll get the most out of every session we have together and won't have any unused equipment after our sessions together have ended. You'll know what each addition is for and how to use it. Feel free to ask any questions about equipment you are thinking of getting during this process and any vision you may have of your dream gym and outcome you want from it.

Supplement Consultations

People take supplements for health, fitness, and beauty reasons but many of them are ineffective and some can be downright dangerous if taken by the wrong person or in the wrong way. Young athletes are especially targeted by the supplement industry and it's important that they know what will or will not help them as well as the potential side effects. Weather you take a simple multivitamin once a day or want to know about what kind of specialized supplements there are that can help you I'll give you my input and suggestions based on my personal experience and research.

Strength Training

I will guide you through a program that will develop strength and increase endurance. I ensure that workouts don't get repetitive or boring. I will work with you to achieve maximum results.

Nutrition Counseling
Together we will develop a nutrition guide specifically tailored with your goals in mind. I will guide you through the process and answer any questions you might have.

Results Tracking

An important part of the process is tracking results. To maximize your progress, we need to continually monitor and adjust your program based on how you respond to your program. This cannot be done effectively without proper monitoring and ongoing assessments. We'll continually monitor your progress and email you with reports on a weekly or monthly basis as desired.
